General Comments:

This kid is a class player in the making. Why is he my Player of the Month? Well simply because he's been absolutely fantastic all season and just won't stop scoring! At the age of 22, he's achieved things that not many others have. Two golden boots, Two-time player of the year, Two-record breaking hat-ricks. He is an absolute machine that somebody needs to snap up very very soon. He's been linked with a few Championship sides and relegation-threatened Premier League sides, and potentially some Scottish sides also, but in my opinion he needs to come straight to a Premier League club at LEAST mid-table. The ideal for him would be to sign for one of the top 6, and then be loaned out to a mid-table team so he is able to gain experience and get used to the change in league abilities. If this took place, I believe we would all have a star on our hands as he has it all. The long-range shots, the venom, the conviction, the headers, the technique. He is an old-fashioned centre forward and I love him for it, as he just scores and scores and scores. But do you agree? Should there have been another player as my February 2012 player of the month? If so, who and why?

The Business End of the Profile:

Jordan Rhodes was the subject of a lot of interest from both Fulham and Blackburn. Fulham saw him as the replacement for Clint Dempsey however they were beaten to his signature by Blackburn, signing for 8 million pounds.
