General Comments

Watching him play, you-™ll be amazed that the lad has only just grown out of his teenage years. He is an incredibly well-rounded player, with the ability to bomb forward and cause opposition defences havoc with his pace. But, most importantly, he is superb defensively, showing years of experience when face to face with his man. It may seem strange to you that I believe Clyne-™s most surprising attribute is his defensive abilities, given that he is a right back. However, many modern day full backs-™ solitary purpose is to constantly charge down the line. On the other hand, Clyne acts as an asset offensively and defensively.

Yet the defender never seems to stop improving, having recently been included in the Championship team of the year despite only featuring in 29 of the 46 games. Some of you may remember the brilliant performance he put in during Palace-™s shock disposal of Manchester United in the League Cup.

Cheers

{Ed022's note - I would also like to add that for a player as young as Clyne, to have won as many individual awards as he has is a remarkable achievment for ANY player in ANY league, as it takes years of consistency, hard work and damn right passion for the game. I myself think he's an excellent player, and would be a great addition to the Premier League. I would also like to add that this profile was done before the structure change of yesterday, so from this profile on the structure will be the new one due to the high-level of positive responses, so enjoy the profile and give us your thoughts! Thanks all.}
