general comments : -

in my opinion reus is a absolutely fantastic player and last season he was phenomenal scoring 18 times in 32 games from midfield which is amazing I believe his best attribute is his dribbling he is also very fast and very skilful i just love the way he plays as he is just an amazing player. He was signed by Dortmund to replace shinji kagawa who has signed for united.his first touch is second to none he has many of times took players out of the game with his touch he also for a midfielder as you might of guessed by his number of goals is a good finisher in and outside of the box he is just clinical.

however on the other side he sometimes can just try and do much more than he needs to and ends up losing possession and this could be very costly in big games and he needs to make his mind up a bit quicker as he can get caught out alot but this is not a major issue.

reus very much remind me of David Silva but with better scoring ability he has all the attributes of a modern day player as for the 17.5 million Dortmund paid for him i think it is an absolute bargain as i believe he could become one the the best on the planet but he has plenty of hard work to do before he reaches that level yet as he is not yet the finished article. Reus has a good work rate but he can just give up if the team is getting beat which would be no good if he one day played in the premier league as he would get slated however he makes up for this whith all the good attributes about him reus normally will get his head up and pick a pass but on a couple of occasions he could have played through ball but has tried to go on a run when he could have played a simple through ball and let someone else score but when he does get his head up and pass it is normally a very good pass if reus ever decided to leave dortmund there would certainly be interest from england. Reus is just one of those players you watch and you never forget him as he is just class

reus is a quality player and to sum him up in one word it would be class one thing you can say about him is he is very consistent in his performances and consistent goalscoring with is a must in a modern day midfielder if reus continues improves maybe a potential move to Barcelona to replace iniesta but who knows as there has been no interest from Barcelona for quite a little guy he wins alot of balls in the air he scores alot of goals from the edge of the area with volleys and long shots.

reus is a player who would get in most teams across europe and is now near enough a regular in a up and coming german squad i do not see hime moving from Dortmund as it his boyhood club and he knows alot of the players form the Dortmund academy and the German national team

WOULD REUS CUT IT IN ENGLAND : - yes i believe he would as he has every quality needed to be a top class player has you might have gathered from my comments i really like reus so i would love to see him in a liverpool shirt but that is not likely to happen if reus does come to england chelsea would have to be favourites to sign him as they are looking to sign quality young players

strengths : - pace,vision,skill,first touch,finishing

weaknesses : - strength and lack of effort (not very often)
